Yeah I said fuggit and cut the roast in to steaks for the new lodge grill pan the wife picked up at TJMaxx of all places.
I’ve never cut a tritip into steaks. How was it? I almost grabbed one of those lodge pans the other day but passed. Might have to reconsidered it. [/
