Though it's the wrong weather for stew, I made some anyway, using a 2 lb roast from the mulie I took last year. The backstraps a few weeks ago were a huge hit but the stew may be even better. I aged the quarters in the garage for two weeks. First time I've ever tried that and the dang mulie is as tender as beef and prolly indistinguishable from it taste wise.

My wife is now telling me to kill another mulie this season.
