Grilled bacon-wrapped scallops. Garden salad.

I've never had scallops so I bought a bag of frozen. (puke)

From what I've read, everyone says to fry them in butter and garlic but I'm curious, as we are nearing grilling season, if this would be the way to go for my first time?

What say you?

If putting a scorch on them in CI, I use salt and pepper grinders, and granulated garlic.

Have the CI medium hot with some butter melted. A couple minutes per side is plenty. Ill set the scallops in a wide ring and shrink it when I flip them. Use tongs.

They can be eaten raw, so if you err, do so on the undercooked side.

^What he said! This one is almost overdone! Best served cold, raw, and right off of the boat!
