Maybe freeze then put in a ziplock? Then thaw out of the bag at the right time.
No parchment paper at our little market but after refrigerating them all night I was able to cram four of em into a smaller casserole dish.and sealed it up as best I could with saran wrap and tin foil. I think they'll be ok for a couple of weeks.
