Do what? I broke it down into 3 pieces (left ventricle, septum and right ventricle) then trimmed it up, soaked it in worchestshire, olive oil and red vinegar. Put some fajita rub on it that I mixed up real quick and threw it on the grill until 120 deg or so.

Spectacular. Wouldn't want it a degree warmer.
