Count me in on that as well. A Spanish friend of mine makes killer goat fricassee. It's a neighborhood thing when he does as everybody on the block gets involved.

I've eaten Goat twice......both times at parties.
The first one was cooked on a spit. It was dry and tough as hell. The second one was stuffed inside the cavity of a big ol Hog and cooked in a pit all night, It was delicious and just fell off the bone. I suspect the all night soak in hot pig juice had something to do with that.


Last time I had a pit cooked goat inside a pig was the mid 80's for a cousins Quinceañera.
