Went to the East European market today so I made a charcuterie plate.

Several kinds of sausage and cheese, Salo (cured pork), pickled beets, dill pickles, sliced raw garlic, grainy mustard, gravlax with capers, beef tongue salad, Alaska salad (a fish salad topped with caviar), a cheese and garlic spread and fresh Sytny bread.
