A Brussels Sprout White Bean Sausage with Dejon Mustard sauce concoction I found on the interweb.
It was actually pretty dang good but since I'll be eating it again the next couple of days I think I'll forgo the noodles.
I feel like a tick on a fat dog.

And for the record.....I used the best German sausage on the planet. This chit's fantastic. The odd thing is though.....the only place I can find it is at a small grocery store in a little logging town down the road. They don't even list it on their web-site.
