Whole deer tenderloin marinated in redwine vinegar and olive oil with some garlic overnight, jalapenos split lengthwise, somewhat blossom cut onion (that microwaved several minutes with worchestireshire to speed up the grilling process), yellow squash fresh from the garden split and deseeded, all smeared with bacon grease, sprinkled with Montreal steak seasoning, grilled hot and fast, plus some fresh tomatoes and sliced cukes that had been in vinegar and oil and some seasoning all afternoon. Pretty hard meal to meat last night, even if I did overcook my tenderloin (and thats saying something coming from me...)
