Big buck fajitas. Made 3 or 4 Buffalo boneless breasts in the air fryer. My bride is going to fix a bunch of enchiladas in a bit.

I already had 1 fajina and 2 of the Buffalo breasts.

Handy since we both work late shifts and just have to divide it all up into dishes for the week.
