That is a Mango Salsa with mango, red onion, red bell pepper, corn, jalapeno, parsley, olive oil, and Limoncello liquor. First time I made it and it was pretty tasty.

Did you reduce the limoncello or just pour it on straight?

I ask because I've never had a limoncello that didn't taste faintly like alcohol.

First I reduced the Sauvignon Blanc then with a little cooking time left, I added a little hit of the Limoncello for a little lemon flavor boost, everyone loved it.
