Did an elk round roast today. Seared it in a hot pan, then deglaze pan with 2 onions. Put it all in a crock pot with some green olives, garlic, a little butter, a shake of Worcestershire and some homemade bone broth. Cooked 8-9 hrs. Strained the au jus when it was done and served it on cauliflower rice. Should of taken a picture.
