Fresh PWS spot prawns. Dredged in seasoned (Tony Chachere’s) flour, then egg wash and panko. White rice with some Bachans Japanese BBQ sauce, Mexican cheese, red cabbage, and sour cream with diced cilantro and jalapeños. Wrapped it all up with fresh tortillas and it was friggin killer. I even got out the fine China for it! Haha!
