Did 1000 miles in the truck today. On a stop in Nebraska, somewhere west of Omaha was hoping I didn't have to eat another few handfuls of mixed nuts and saw a taco "truck", that was really a trailer. Barbacoa and chorizo tacos that may of been Street cat but got dang, they were alright.
