Long story that I won’t relate here, but I’m at the Courtyard Hotel, Sandton, Johannesburg and I’ve just eaten the best steak I’ve ever had in my life.

T-bone done blue rare. I had one last night that was a little overdone. Tonight they got it right. I called the chef out and he admitted his assistant Mooshe cooked it. I shook her and and bowed to her. Absolutely perfect.

And Laphroag 10 Scotch is $4US for a DOUBLE! 6 deep, but that didn’t affect my decision. Absolutely the best steak ever.
