Been learning to cook deer meat prepared in ways other than sausage, ground, or fried. Friday night was:
Bacon wrapped tenderloin with cream cheese, jalapeño and garlic clove with garlic rice. Cooked medium/ medium rare. First time ever having deer cooked that light. Much better than well done!
