We made halibut tacos from the fish we caught a few weeks ago in Ketchikan. Grilled the fish, toasted corn tortillas, jack cheese, cabbage, avocado, onions and a nice sauce I came up with. It was pretty darn good.

Nathan is a chef & will be making grilled fish tacos & fresh mango salsa, some time this week.
Oh, & apparently, vinegar based 'slaw too !
He got pickled red onions going & in the fridge, last night.
Give this old phug a rest from cookin duties.
