As usual, last night was Wednesday night Red Baron night.
And as a big plus[beyond adding bacon] we had a few shrooms left in fridge and really kicked it up a notch. laugh


Red Baron pizza, add pulled pork that has not been sauced, provolone or muenster cheese, or both, and finely, finely, chopped Vidalia onions, better than, well, you know, crunchy peanut butter !!!! grin


Listen hear woman, hain't nuthin better'n crunchy PB,heck Reeses even came out with a crunchy version.

As a side: may have to try some pulled pork next time I cook some. And I often add some cheese or onions or both, contemplated onions last night but didn't want to over do it since I was already adding baby portabellas. Don't want to get too highfalutin!
Actually, it's amazing how our dinners have changed being empty nesters.
