The first that we ever heard of pizza was at the Southside Cafe in A.C. I remember Dad asking the waitress what this "Pizza Pie" on the menu was. At complete and total odds with Dad's usual approach to the unfamiliar, he ordered it. I imagine that it was some sort of frozen pre-made affair. He ate it, I don't remember trying any, and reported that it was "all right", which could have meant anything from "superb" to "on the order of baked cow pie". I do know that it was a long time before I once again made its acquaintance - probably not until high school.

Happily Trapped In the Past (Thanks, Joe)

Not only a less than minimally educated person, but stupid and out of touch as well.
