Hope you recovered from the flooding, was following the thread over the weekend.
We're still deep in process. I've been coordinating some stuff from here, but I'm about to head out to the flooded house to get back to work. My brother and I are busy taking all the walls out of the first floor. It's going to be a full gut job.
