Here is a recipe that some of you and your wimmins might enjoy.

Homemade Irish Cream

1 3/4 cup booze; I prefer a good rum as it tends to be smoother but whiskey/brandy/bourbon/scotch or rye will work.

1 cup light cream/ half and half

1 can eagle brand sweetened milk

4 eggs

2 tsp chocolate extract/ or chocolate syrup if you can't get extract

2 tsp instant coffee

2 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp almond extract

blend until smooth, refrigerate. stir or shake before serving, will last in fridge for a month ( only lasts a day or 2 at my place) add to coffee or pour over ice.
