Just checked, Model 15-3. Purchased in '77. Fella I bought it from was a dealer on the side, Class 2 and 3. Had 3 Tommy guns cased, sequential serial numbers, all in NIB condition...cased in violin cases with red felt interiors of course. He was also a 'smith and engraver, turned down an offer from S&W for contract work on custom work. He did quite a bit of work for me back then and was a good friend. His one failing was his choice of wives. First left him before we met. His second murdered him with a S&W .38 Spl. Shot him 6 times. Latino bitches are temperamental critters apparently.
