Brined with kosher salt, brown sugar, cloves, orange juice and apple juice.

seasoned with a brown sugar/jim beam/amaretto glaze with a little black pepper and Tony Chacheries.

Stuffed with apples, fresh oranges from my back yard and purple onions.

will let it "rest" overnight,

then in the Bradley Smoker first thing in the AM....
