Calling here in NW Montana is a whole 'nuther ballgame Here, you need at least two guys, and 3 is better. Whoever is on the downwind side usually gets the shooting done, and the guy calling 90% of the time doesn't even know a dog is there. When I call here, I leave the rifle in the truck and take Ol' Muleshoes. Usually you get "Lapdogs" and/or sprinters. 41 pellets at a time through timber ups one's odds considerably.

Down here it looks like this,and this is an open spot,most of my shots are 100 yards or less and 2-3 shooters IMO is enough.
