3. DB Milt Press
4. Lat Pulldowns
Circuit 2, 3 rounds, no rest between rounds:
1. Stab Ball Abs
2. Hyperextensions
3. Neck
4. Light shoulder rehab

I'm guessing your grip was gone after Circuit 1?
