Friday
side plank w/leg raises
straight leg dead lift
squats
bench dips
v- sit ups
plank w/DB rows

Today
pull ups
bench press
hanging leg raise
russian twist w/med ball
hamstring curls
roll outs w/stability ball

Went to the bleachers after lifting. 6 sets of up and down 5 times.


When you are dead, you don't know that you are dead. It's difficult only for the others....It is the same when you are stupid
