I'm going to jump into this with the hopes that it might help my consistency.
I am 56, at 184 lbs and would like to get to 172-175 by May.

Sunday we took the dogs for a 12 mile trail run/hike.

Yesterday 30 minutes of yoga in hopes of loosening a grumpy hamstring.

Today lower body, core and a set of push-ups.

Eating has been clean.
