Back squats- 135x8 warmup, 225x8 for 5 sets. Bench Press-135x8 warmup, 185x7 for 2 sets, only pushed 4 on the last. Deadlift-135x8 warmup, 225x8 warmup, 295x5, 335x2
Ouch.... Alcohol consumption is where gains go to die...
