Back Squats: 225x8 warmup, 285x5 for 3 sets, then I did a pyramid of 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 245x5 and back down, 5 reps at each weight back to 135.

Bench Press- 210x3 for 3 sets, 195x4, 195x3

Deadlift-225x10 warmup, 325x5 for 3 sets.

Pullups- 8-8-8-8
