For time:
10 banded barbell pull down muscle-ups
20 Kettlebell ground to overhead, 1.5 pood
30 overhead squats, 65-lbs barbell
40 Sit-ups
40 medicine-ball cleans, 20-lb. ball
50 burpees
50 double-unders

I timed out at 20min and made it through 40 burpees. I should have finished, but I'm slow as chit at burpees cause I'm too fat.
