I try to limit my carbs to 30 net or less per day.
I eat mostly eggs, cheese,fish poultry, steak. For veggies I eat green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, tomatoes, and lettuce. I also only use olive oil and butter. for cooking.
I don't know watch calories at all, but rather eat till I am full.
I lift three days a week with two 1 hour sessions of cardio per week.
