Yesterday:

Bent over rows at 100lbs x 10, then standing press at 70lbs x10 rest one minute, then repeat for 10 sets.

Leg press at a light 125 lbs x 10. More of a leg/back stretch. 4 sets.
Toe raises on same machine. Straight, out and toed in. 20 each, x 4 sets.

30 minutes on rower.

Maybe row on the weekend. Maybe not.
