Yesterday was 10k at an easy pace (46:30ish) followed by shoulders....likely my least favorite lifting day.

Today I had family commitments, boy's basketball game, etc., so I submit "Oakey" as my WOD:

Trudge through snow to logs, reduce to blocks, split and throw to Gator.. Repeat for five loads. Cardio to follow.....snowshoe the trails after dark.
