Time to make a change, so back to a chest and back evolution:

30 minute treadmill slow warmup.

Dumbbell fly-dumbbell bench press-push-ups-pull downs. 10 of each x 4 of each.

Low rows (5 then lower weight. Do 10 then lower weight. Then do 15)-barbell incline press. 10-12. x 4 of both

Dips x 10 then bent over low cable rows. x 4 of both.

Get it done as fast as you can.

30minutes on the rower this evening.
