Did upper body today, warmup/stretching followed by:

Wide angle pull-ups, 3 sets

Chest press with cable machine, standing, toward floor, 3 sets

Shoulder rotations with cable machine, internal and external, 3 sets each

Cauldrons and Russians, 3 sets each

chest press with cable machine, seated, at shoulder level, 3 sets

Seated row machine, 3 sets

overhead press machine, 3 sets

curls, 3 sets


Gonna try to get in a few miles with the pack on this evening.
