I try to get 20-40 grams of protein after a good workout. I've been using GNC AMP Power on lifting days and Pure Protein whey on run/bike days. Typically I never have time to make a smoothie. The vanilla whey in OJ may be pretty good - Orange Julius?
Along the same line, do any of you track protein/carbs/fat/calories?
I aim for 150g protein/200g carbs/??g fat/2000ish cal per day.
