Time crused in today, so it was quick and had to use my moderate bells/weights at home.

Kettle bells and weights;

One arm presses: 16x25lbs
Swings: 30 with 25lbs
Squats: Used a 30lbs dumbbell x 30
One arm rows: 40lbs with dumbbell x 16

Did 4 quick back to back sets of the above and finished it off with rubber band stretches for the hips.
