Can any of you homos tell me how many times you have to row to burn a calorie?

I don't have a row machine and substitute rowing with the Sumo Deadlift High Pull.

So if a WOD calls for 20 calories worth of rowing, how many reps of SDHP's would that equal?

I understand this will vary. But what would a good ballpark number be?
