I went through this five times at our deer camp Dave. It just leaves a gaping hole. I'd love to tell you time will heal, but it really doesn't. You never quit looking for them to walk in the door, or down the trail dragging in a deer. No amount of time heals this hurt. All I can tell you is to try and dwell on the good memories, and put the bad ones aside somewhere.

Now I'm the next generation that's going to leave our camp. I can only hope that my son keeps it in good hands.
