Call them and tell them they need to come and get the lumber. It's unusable unless they come fix the pile. A few times of that and your pile should be right.
I had 6 huge oaks cut out of my front yard on Saturday due to Oak wilt. They didn't finish because of daylight and said they'd come back Tuesday and finish up. Well, the dropped the biggest one in my neighbors yard and left a 4' stump.
I called and asked when they'd like to come back and finish it. He sounded puzzled and said we just did. I texted him a picture and he said, "I'll be right over to clean it up."
