I have gone through three times and twice almost died from hypothermia trying to get back in the vehicle.

A spud bar, some spikes, and length of rope will save a lot of heartache.


We had 8" of ice around here as of last weekend. I wouldn't drive on it though. I like a good solid 14" before doing that.

Our "big storm" turned out to be wimpy snow and it really just started. I guess we got about an inch over night and its snowing pretty good now.
