We cooked 3 birds yesterday at camp.

I breasted them out, rolled the meat in flower and browned the meat in butter. Then I mixed up a lipton chicken/noodle pack in a can of cream of mushroom, milk, some water and a few chicken bulion cubes. I covered the grouse meat with this noodle sauce in a foil pan, covered with foil & let it bake on the grill for about an hour & a half. Pam did a pan of taters to go with the birds and we grilled a few burgers too.
