Bill,I applied for MN moose for few years with a guy from work and wasn't drawn. It's a once-a-lifetime deal here. Last year there was no season due to low numbers. DNR hasn't said what the plan is yet for this year. The Bois Forte Injus did say they're not going to hunt them though.
