Nope other than it a 6 megapix rather than 5 which theoretically will take a better picture. The thing I would research would be the battery life. It is pretty darn good in the D55. Not sure about the D65.
Watch the Fleet Farm adds. They occasionally have the 55's for $89.00. $97.00 seems like a decent price for the 65.
