Knew without even looking to see where you were from when you said "the Monday after Thanksgiving" you were talking about Pennsylvania, and the great tradition that is the Pa. opener. I haven't been back out east for a while, and man, do I miss it. Sitting with the guys on Sunday watching the Steelers play, the traffic jams in all the little towns on the way to camp. The crowds at every bar, restaurant, gun shop and hardware store. We always made the trip over to Grice's in Clearfield. The guys would be lined up 10 deep at the counter. There was always a guy set up in the parking lot sharpening knives. You could shave on his edges. Sure brings back the memories.
