congrats!! but how come you hung it head up. so much easier to skin them head down lol. Im a head down guy, but a lot of people in the wisconsin minnesota area do hang them by the neck. I love regional differences in hunting/butchers styles
No clue. It's the way I was taught, so it's what I do. I guess we could hoist them up by the rear legs just as easily.
What makes it so much easier to skin head-down? I am always open to learning and doing things easier.
