Berettaman,I wasn't aware of the term "poke".OK now I get it. Our deer season ended January first. No deer for me this year. We have rain all day here with a forecast of from 2 to 8 inches of snow.Ain't gonna happen.Wet ground and only a low temp of 39 degrees forecast.It might snow but will melt on the wet ground at less than freezing ambient temperature.Our snow is a joke every year.We get the self shoveling kind. Actually we had no winter to speak of last year and none to speak of this year so far.
