yes Stan we did, there were no good houses on the market that met our needs so we decided to make our fit. took a bridge loan to get the work done and then we can do the VA homeloan cash out option to pay that back. with our lower interest rate our payment only goes up 40 bucks a month and we can pay off both cars and CC debt (wedding stuff) at the same time. was a no brainer once we looked into it.
dug the egress window and insulated under the crawl space yesterday, that was quite the chore! Yesterday my Cousin came down to help me, I couldn't have done it without him. He's more like a brother than a cousin really.
