I'll have the permit when I get to MN. Really, it's a little bit to carry all the time, but for the price, I couldn't pass it up. I could sell it to a gun shop and make money on this one.
I'd like a real small .38 or .357 to carry on a regular basis.
I keep a SIG 229 .40 S&W in my SUV. I don't carry on my person all that much here in the TC. If I do it's a full size SIG GSR 1911 45ACP when I can wear a coat and a Beretta Tomcat 32ACP when I can't. You're right about the big guns being a hassle to carry. I have been thinking about a small J frame for a while too.
