I bought two of the TC46s for $65 each. You can't often beat that price on Ebay buying them used. So, I figure it's a good deal, even if "refurbished" just means wiped down with a damp paper towel.
Never tried the video part, but I do set it to take 3-shot bursts. That generally works pretty well.
